Home 17413 is a 5 bed 3 bath home situated in the Clear Creek sub division just of Hwy 27 within minutes of Disney and all the major attractions. It has a private screened pool and Jacuzzi overlooking conservation to the rear. The large pool deck area has a covered lanai. This home also has the added entertainment of a Games Room and Internet Access for your use.
Accommodation includes a family room with large TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo and an excellent view out to the pool and conservation area. There are two dining areas, one larger, more formal dining table and another breakfast table in the kitchen area. The home is on one floor and has two Master bedrooms. The Largest Master bedroom is to the right of the lounge area and has a King size bed and Large TV. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and walk-in shower. The other three bedrooms all have two twin size beds in each. The first room is towards the front of the house, the other two twin rooms are to the left of the Lounge and all share a bathroom. All rooms have TV`s and one of the twin rooms has a Disney theme which is perfect for small children. The shared bathroom has a tub/shower combination and has direct access to the pool area so this can double up as a pool bath also.
The Lounge area also provides an additional sleeper/sofa so there is a maximum sleeping capacity of 12. The Games Room in the garage area is also great for keeping the kids entertained, it has a Large Pool Table and Foosball game.
