The fully air-conditioned villa backs onto conservation woodland and is equipped with everything you would want for a wonderful family vacation.
The main lounge is open-plan to dining area with 8-seater dining-room table. The tv lounge hosts a wide-screen television, sleeper couch and is open-plan to the fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and dinette. From here sliding doors open out onto the lanai overlooking the pool, spa (jacuzzi) and conservation area. There is also a fully-equipped laundry.
Two master bedrooms have en-suite facilities. Two further double bedrooms share a bathroom and one of the two lounges has a sleeper sofa making the villa ideal for families of up to ten people .All bath and hand towels and linen are provided.

Outside there is a covered lanai with a ceiling fan which is a great place for al fresco dining. This leads onto the extended deck and superb fully screened pool and spa which can be heated at an extra charge, if required (recommended between October and April). Table, chairs and sun loungers are provided. Our pool area is private, backing onto conservation woodland and being south facing enables you to enjoy the Florida sunshine all year round.
Universal Studios and International Drive are a further 10 minutes on from Disneyworld whilst at Sandy Ridge you are just ten minutes from all the restaurants on Highway 192, five minutes from superb golf courses and 4 minutes from the I4 which will take you to the east and west to the gorgeous beaches of the Gulf or Atlantic coasts. Orlando International Airport is just 30 minutes away.
Nearby ChampionsGate Golf Club is home to two unique 18-hole championship golf courses designed by accomplished architect and golfer, Greg Norman. It is also the Headquarters of the Dave Leadbetter Golf Academy.
